SCHEDULING TOURS:
Tours are scheduled in the morning to late afternoon when the sun allows
for maximum light,
even on rainy days. R Marks The Spot will conduct virtual tours and return
to do outside shots if
necessary when weather is more hospitable. Agent need not be present in
this case only the home
owner needs to be notified.
Schedule A Tour Now!
• Move cars from immediate surrounding/entrance of home.
•
Pick up yard and remove any extraneous items such as children's toys etc.
•
Make sure pools and spas are in top condition if viewable in the scene.
• Clean and Clutter Proof any and all rooms to be filmed inside home (newspapers,
etc.)
• Turn on all inside lights
• Open all draperies to maximize the amount of light which comes
in home.
• Turn Off all ceiling fans.
• Remove all pets so that they do not interrupt the shoot, or cause problems
in the scene.
